Oliver Dalton is far from the average Brit. He was born in Kentucky and made a name for himself on the back of a horse. Fairly laid back and friendly, there's not much to truly hate about him. Sure, he's rich as can be and owns some of the best horses in the nation, but kids will be kids. If you don't know him already, it may come as a bit of a shock that Ollie downplays his family's wealth. He wants nothing more than to be a normal kid. While not obssessed with working, Oliver does need to be doing something all the time. The boy's competitive, but that's mostly restricted to the show ring. He's not the most organized person on the planet, but what teenager is? So, who wants to meet a billionare?
The boy's pretty easy to get along with. He may be filthy rich and have everything he could possibly want, but he's still only a fifteen year old boy. He's generally nice to people as long as they don't judge him instantly for being famous and the child of a billionare. However, all friendships are instantly dropped in the show ring. He sees competitors, not friends. As a well known rider, Oliver already knows the other big name riders attending North Creek, however he won't completely alienate the lesser known or beginning riders and if a guy, may even help out from time to time. He might also remember students who grew up near to him even if they themselves aren't famous.
Oliver's an only child, but if you really want to play a cousin or other relative, talk to me privately.
Oliver isn't that interested in the girls, seeing horses and school being his top priorities. From time to time, he may go out of his way to avoid female contact, but he can't live his entire life as such. He may reject every girl who tries to flirt with him, but that doesn't mean they can't try. I think it would be very interesting for one or more girls to try and get Oliver to be their boyfriend. It could create some interesting conflicts.
Ollie's not going to have as many enemies as people he doesn't fully get along with. Judge him by his wealth before getting to know him and he might come off a little colder than expected. Also, he does place himself above other riders that he deems to be far below his level. Hot, fiery temperments don't sit all that well with Oliver's "water-like" personality without creating some steam.
