//When Everything Is Beautiful// //When Everything's Okay// I walk into my dorm and set my suitcases down. My bed is neatly made, and I quickly collapse onto it. Sighing, I rub my eyes with my hands, making them go red. Jeez, moving was really taking away all of my energy. At least my sister Catherine was helping me out with it. Without her, I would still be forgetting every little thing I just had to bring with me. "Gale," Catherine had said, "are you ever going to get organized?" She had laughed, and then gave me a hug. She'll be joining me here soon, but until then, it will be hard not to see her everyday. I don't even know anyone here. Jeez, I feel so lonely.
I sit up and reach into my suitcase. I get out my picture with me and my family. Smiling, I then set it on one of the dressers, which I am claiming as mine. I wonder if I'm the only person in this dorm. Somehow, I wish I am, so then I don't have to deal with other people. Wait, how will Catherine get along with her roommates when she arrives here? Alright, calm down, Gale, she will be fine. She's thirteen now, she can take care of herself.
My brown shaggy hair covers my bright blue eyes as I look around me. I definitely need to hang some posters in here. Then it will definitely look like my room back at home. "Man," I sigh and knead my forehead with my palms. //Even If It's Not Okay I'll Say,// //It's All For You, For You, For You And Only You//

Oliver William Dalton To put things simply, Oliver Dalton was famous. As soon as the trailer containing his five horses pulled up near the barn, all the students who knew the boy came rushing out to watch. Oliver was just about any girl's dream date if it weren't for one thing. The boy seemed to pay more attention to his horses than the ladies. Still, many of the riders had never seen the famous Surrogate Doll in person. Watching the grey mare being unloaded was quite a spectacle for the crowds. Ollie could care less. He wasn't here as the famous Oliver Dalton. For the next three years, Oliver would simply be Oliver Dalton, a student at North Creek Academy. Ashton Creek put up a little show, rearing a few times and showing off for the crowds. Tiny Tim, otherwise known as Nightingale Song looked as proud as ever. There were even a few comments of. 'I thought that was a pony' floating around. Dark Sherry earned her share of looks along with Worlds Away. The students clearly knew the horses even if Oliver didn't know them.
Once all the horses were put away, there was the issue of moving tack trunks and getting suitcases to the dorm. A couple students volunteered to help, but the people working for the Daltons were capable by themselves. The boy looked bored with the situation and took control, giving orders to various people. Colin and Mr. Dalton would help move suitcases and the groom and Mrs. Dalton would worry about the tack trunk and the stuff associated with the horses. They accompanied the kid and the three struck up a rather casual conversation. It was mostly about horses. Colin and Mr. Dalton left Oliver at the the entrance to the hallway with his dorm. He looked down at the key to remember which room number it was. Room 112.
The boy pushed the key into the keyhole and turned it, unlocking the door with a soft click. He pushed the door open and looked around. There was room enough for three and he would have one roomate. Dalton pulled his key out of the hole and dragged his own suitcases into the room, closing the door behind him. The boy quietly hoped that he wouldn't be bombarded by questions about his horses and life as the billionare's kid. Oliver chose the bed farthest from his new roomate and laid the baggage on the bed, unzipping each one. He had everything he could ever need for the next year. His parents had helped to pack to make sure that he had everything he needed to survive at North Creek. Ollie would have preferred unpacking so that he could change and head down to the barn and ride Doll for a bit.
